Appointments can be made by self-referral or by referral from a GP or hospital consultant.

The initial consultation is approx. 1 hour. This will give our therapists time to fully assess and diagnose the nature of your problem and the site of the structures involved. The diagnosis will then be discussed with the patient to give him/her a thorough understanding of the causes of their symptoms.

A treatment plan will be agreed prior to therapy beginning. Treatment is normally started at the initial consultation, after the assessment process has been completed. Follow-up appointments are normally 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Insurance Companies:       £40 / £45  [dependent on company]

Sports Massage Fees:

Half-hour Appointment:       £20

One Hour  Appointment:     £30
