Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is offered at Belfast Physio in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. It has great benefits for all ages, as it is one of the most natural ways to de-stress the human body in everyday life as well as for performance related / sports injuries.

Depending on the client's symptoms, massage can be light for remedial or deep tissue for the rehabilitation of an injury. Massage actively promotes the circulation of blood and lymph through the body, along with numerous other benefits.

Belfast Physio & Sports Injuries Clinic is conveniently located in the Beechill / Cairnshill area of South-East Belfast, just off the A24 Saintfield Road. The area is well served by public transport and the clinic is within easy walking distance of translink bus stops on Metro routes 7a and 7c and CityBus routes 15, 15a, 18, 18a, 20, 516, 519 and 520. In addition, there is ample car parking space immediately outside the clinic.

Opening Times


Physiotherapy treatment is available by appointment at the following routine times:

  • 7.15AM to 6PM Monday to Friday

Evening and weekend appointments are also available by arrangement.

Massage therapy is available at various times by arrangement - please contact us for details.
